PDCA循环管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Management Model in Emergency Nursing Management

目的分析PDCA循环管理方法对急诊护理管理的实施效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月麻城市人民医院急诊医学科34名急诊护理人员作为研究对象,以不同管理方式将其分为观察组与对照组,各17名。对照组为常规管理模式,观察组采用PDCA循环管理模式,对比两组护理工作能力、护理人员对管理工作的满意情况及护理工作质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理工作能力提高较佳,该组护理人员对管理方式满意度较高,观察组护理工作质量得到显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可有效提升急诊护理质量,增强护理效果,可在临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the implementation effect of the PDCA cycle management method on emergency nursing management.Methods From February 2022 to February 2023,a total of 34 emergency nurses in the Depart⁃ment of Emergency Medicine of Macheng People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to differ⁃ent management methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 17 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management mode,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle man⁃agement mode.The nursing work ability,nursing staff's satisfaction with management and nursing work quality were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing work ability of the observa⁃tion group was improved better,the satisfaction of the nursing staff in the group was higher,the quality of nursing work in the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the quality of emergency care and enhance the nursing effect,and can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
