儿科住院医师规范化培训中分层递进式带教模式的运用效果

摘要 目的分析儿科住院医师规范化培训中开展分层递进式带教模式的运用效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年4月临沂市中心医院儿科的26名住院医师为研究对象,以电脑随机选取方式分为观察组和对照组,每组13名。观察组住院医师开展分层递进式带教模式,对照组住院医师给予常规带教模式,详细对比两种不同带教模式最终取得的效果。结果观察组住院医师的自主学习意识和学习积极性与对照组相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组通科理论知识以及专科技能操作能力考核评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床医患沟通技巧、风险识别能力、创新探索能力、临床思维与决策能力、首次病程记录书写及团队合作意识等综合考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院医师对此次带教方法的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将分层递进式带教模式应用于儿科住院医师规划培训中,可有效提升临床带教管理质量,促进住院医师的学习积极性,提高住院医师的医学理论知识、技术操作能力以及临床综合能力,从而提高临床医学服务质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of the use of layered progressive tutoring model in the standardized train⁃ing of pediatric residents.Methods 26 pediatric residents of Linyi Central Hospital were selected from April 2021 to April 2023,and all the residents were divided into 13 residents in the observation group and 13 residents in the con⁃trol group by computerized random selection.The residents in the observation group were taught in a layered progres⁃sive tutoring mode,while the residents in the control group were taught in a conventional tutoring mode.The results of the two different teaching modes were compared in detail.Results The self-learning consciousness and learning en⁃thusiasm of the residents in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the general theoretical knowledge and specialty skills in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of clinical doctor-patient communication skills,risk identification ability,innovation and exploration ability,clinical thinking and decision-making ability,first medical record writing and teamwork awareness,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Finally,the satisfaction of the observation group residents with this tutoring method was sig⁃nificantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of layered progressive tutoring model in pediatric residency planning and training can effectively im⁃prove the quality of clinical tutoring management,promote the learning enthusiasm of residents,and improve the residents'theoretical medical knowledge,technical operation ability and clinical comprehensive ability,so as to improve the quality of clinical medical services.
