摘要 文章探讨了公立医院绩效考核管理的重要性及特点,并对绩效考核管理认知不足、体系不完善等问题进行分析,并提出相应的优化对策,旨在为公立医院绩效考核管理提供一些可行的建议,更好地满足广大人民群众的医疗卫生需求。 This article discusses the importance and characteristics of the performance appraisal management in pub⁃lic hospitals,The problems such as insufficient cognition and imper-fect system of preformance appraisal management are analyzed and proposes corresponding optimization strategies,aiming to provide some feasible suggestions for the performance appraisal management of public hospitals and better meet the medical and health needs of the broad masses of the people.
