摘要
【目的】为保障小麦生产安全,促进新品种的推广应用,在进入市场前对品种特性的分析,可为广大用户提供生产所需信息,为良种良法提供参考。【方法】利用2年区域试验和1年生产试验数据,采用AMMI模型和GGE双标图等对优质抗病小麦新品种川麦618的丰产性和稳产性进行分析。【结果】2年区域试验AMMI模型分析表明,川麦618产量处于中等水平,稳定性好。大区生产试验中,川麦618平均每666.7 m^(2)产量450.52 kg,有效穗23.57万穗/666.7 m^(2),千粒重47.93 g,穗粒数47.28粒;根据AMMI分析排序图比较品种特性优劣:中科麦1816>川麦618>蜀麦1958>川育42>绵麦367>西科麦5518;GGE图分析表明,川麦618具有比较优势。【结论】小麦新品种川麦618是一个丰产性和稳产性均表现较好的优质抗病品种。
【Objective】In order to ensure the safety of wheat production and promote the application of new varieties,this paper analyzed pre-market characterization of new variety in hoping of providing information and reference for producers and breeders to select more excellent varieties.【Method】Based on the data of 2-year regional experiment and 1-year production experiment,the yield characteristics of Chuanmai 618 were analyzed using AMMI model and GGE biplot.【Result】The analysis of AMMI model of 2-year regional experiment showed that Chuanmai 618 had a moderate yield and good stability.In the production test,the average yield of Chuanmai 618 was 450.52 kg per 666.7 m2,with effective ear 235700 per 666.7 m2,the 1000-grain weight was 47.93 g,and the number of grains per ear was 47.28;According to the AMMI analysis ranking chart,the characteristics of varieties were compared:Zhongkemai 1816>Chuanmai 618>Shumai 1958>Chuanyu 42>Mianmai 367>Xikemai 5518;GGE analysis showed that Chuanmai 618 had comparative advantages.【Conclusion】It is concluded that the new wheat variety Chuanmai 618 is a high-quality multiresistant variety with good yield and stability.
