烟草物流仓库的智能温湿度实时监测系统研究

Research on Intelligent Real-time Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System for Tobacco Logistics Warehouse

卷烟商品对贮藏环境有着特定的要求,特别是温湿度需要维持在一定范围内,才能保证卷烟商品的质量,因此,加强对烟草物流仓库温湿度的监测是仓库管理的重要工作。文中提出一种基于物联网的智能温湿度实时监测系统,并将其应用于物流仓库。该系统由感知终端层、网络层、应用层、交互层组成,通过物联网技术对物流仓库温湿度进行数据跟踪、统计分析,当温湿度超出阈值时上送报警信息,及时提醒工作人员调整风机或空调,以达到满足卷烟商品贮藏条件的目的,实现仓库温湿度的智能化管理。而开展在功能性、非功能性、性能以及应用场景等方面的实验验证和试点建设,表明了该系统可以实时地监测温湿度,有效地预防烟草物流仓库温湿度的变化不稳定,为烟草物流仓库温湿度智能调控建立智能化决策基础。

Cigarette products have specific requirements for storage environment,especially for temperature and humidity to be maintained within a certain range to ensure the quality of cigarette products.Therefore,strengthening the monitoring of temperature and humidity in tobacco logistics warehouses is an important task of warehouse management.This article proposes an intelligent real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the Internet of Things,which is applied to logistics warehouses.The system consists of perception terminal layer,network layer,application layer,and interaction layer.Through the Internet of Things technology,data tracking and statistical analysis of temperature and humidity in logistics warehouses are carried out.When the temperature and humidity exceed the threshold,alarm information is sent,and staff are promptly reminded to adjust the fan or air conditioning to meet the storage conditions of finished cigarettes,achieving intelligent management of warehouse temperature and humidity.Through experimental verification and pilot construction in the aspects of functionality,non-functionality,performance,and application scenarios,it has been demonstrated that the system can monitor temperature and humidity in real-time,effectively prevent unstable changes in temperature and humidity in tobacco logistics warehouses,and establish an intelligent decision-making foundation for intelligent control of temperature and humidity in tobacco logistics warehouses.
