我国中小型进出口企业跨境电商物流存在的问题与对策

Issues and Countermeasures on Cross-border E-commerce Logistics of Small and Medium-sized Chinese Import and Export Enterprises

跨境电子商务是一种快速发展的新型贸易模式,其打破了地域界限,是我国中小型进出口企业实现转型与升级的重要方式。而跨境物流则是其中重要的业务环节,由于当前发展得相对滞后,在很大程度上制约了中小型进出口企业的跨境电商业务发展。文中通过分析跨境电商物流的现状和主要模式,找出了当前中小型进出口企业跨境物流存在的主要问题,并给出了政府加大扶持力度、成立中小企业跨境物流联盟、建立共享海外仓以及构建跨境电商综合物流信息平台等针对性对策建议。

Cross-border e-commerce is a rapidly developing new trade model which breaks geographical boundaries and is an important way for small and medium-sized import and export enterprises in China to achieve transformation and upgrading.Cross-border logistics is one of the critical business links,which essentially restricts the cross-border e-commerce business development of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises due to the relative lag of current development.By analyzing the current situation and primary mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics,this paper identifies the main problems affecting the cross-border logistics of small and medium-sized import and export enterprises.It gives targeted countermeasure suggestions such as increasing government support,establishing a cross-border logistics alliance for small and medium-sized enterprises,establishing shared overseas warehouses,and building a comprehensive logistics information platform for cross-border e-commerce.
