基于组合赋权-VIKOR的农产品供应链韧性评价体系研究

Research on Resilience Evaluation System of Agricultural Product Supply Chain Based on Combinatorial Empowerment-VIKOR

在乡村振兴的背景下,三农问题成为当前发展的重点,因此,对农产品供应链的研究也发展得越来越快。为了分析农产品供应链的韧性评价体系,以便更好地提出应对策略,文中提出了一种包含生产要素的指标体系,并建立了4个一级指标和13个二级指标。然后以湖北省为例,采用主客观赋权相结合的方法对指标进行分析,最终得到各个指标的排序,以便更好地提出发展重点,这种方法克服了单一赋权方法的缺陷,使结果更加符合实际。最后,为了使最终的结果更加准确,采用VIKOR法,在综合考虑了群体效益值和个体遗憾值的基础之上,对相应指标进行综合评价分析,验证了该方法的有效性,也说明了该指标体系构建的合理性。

In the context of rural revitalization,the three rural issues have become the focus of current development,so the research on agricultural product supply chain is also developing faster and faster.In order to analyze the resilience evaluation system of the agricultural product supply chain so as to better propose coping strategies,this paper puts forward an index system containing production factors,and establishes four first-level indicators and thirteen second-level indicators.Then,taking Hubei Province as an example,a combination method of subjective and objective weighting is used to analyze the indicators,and the ranking of each indicator is obtained,so as to better put forward the development focus.This method overcomes the shortcomings of the single weighting method,which makes the results more realistic.Finally,in order to make the final result more accurate,the VIKOR method is adopted,which not only comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the corresponding indicators on the basis of comprehensively considering the group benefit value and individual regret value,verifies the effectiveness of the method,but also explains the rationality of the construction of the index system.
