摘要
城市轨道交通客货共运是“共享”理念下的一种新型物流运输模式,可在一定程度上起到降本增效的目的。文中重点从三个方面对该模式的实施条件进行分析探讨,首先,从乘客满意度、车厢旅客承载能力、乘客乘车时间、货运组织、货物储运空间方面提出了需求侧条件;其次,从轨道交通剩余运输能力、列车发车及停靠时间、站台场地及设施设备方面确定了供给侧条件;最后,从经济成本、时间成本、运营利润方面给出了共运模式的实施效果条件。通过定性及定量分析该模式的运行条件,可进一步确定其可行性及适用范围,为前期初步决策和后期运营方案制定提供支撑。
Urban rail transit passenger and cargo co-transportation is a new logistics and transportation mode under the concept of“sharing”,which can reduce costs and increase efficiency to a certain extent.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the implementation conditions of this model from three aspects.Firstly,the demand-side conditions are proposed from the aspects of passenger satisfaction,passenger carrying capacity,passenger traveling time,freight organization,and cargo storage and transportation space.Secondly,the supply-side conditions are determined from the aspects of remaining transport capacity of rail transit,train departure and stopping time,platform site,facilities and equipment.Finally,the implementation effect conditions of the co-transportation mode are given from the aspects of economic cost,time cost and operating profit.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of operating conditions of the mode,its feasibility and scope of application can be further determined,which provides support for preliminary decision-making in the early stage and the formulation of operation scheme in the later stage.
