城市轨道交通运营应急公交接驳组织方案与效果评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 地铁运营部分突发事件会导致全线或局部运营中断,采取行车调整措施后往往不能完全缓解客流压力,极易造成大量乘客积压,需启动公交接驳进行乘客转运。作为地铁运营突发事件的应急处置措施,突发事件下公交接驳组织工作顺畅将大大缓解城市交通及地铁车站的客流压力,减少负面舆情,配合其他客运服务工作为设备故障抢险、行车恢复争取时间。文中尝试从运营中断下的行车调整方案、往期客流数据分析及预测等方面着手,梳理应急公交接驳需求及方式,提出以乘客等待时间和旅行时间差为目标的接驳方案评价方法并综合考虑公交接驳方案所需车辆数。有序的公交接驳组织可确保在应急情况下尽快疏导客流、减少乘客延误时间、预防次生衍生灾害。 Some emergencies in subway operation will lead to the interruption of the whole line or part of the operation.After the traffic adjustment measures are taken,the passenger flow pressure can not be completely relieved,and it is very easy to cause a large number of passengers to overstock,so it is necessary to start the bus connection for passenger transfer.As an emergency response measure for emergencies of subway operation,the smooth operation of bus connection organization in emergencies will greatly relieve the passenger flow pressure of urban traffic and subway stations,reduce negative public opinion,and cooperate with other passenger service work to strive for time for equipment failure rescue and traffic recovery.This paper attempts to sort out the demand and mode of emergency bus connection from the aspects of traffic adjustment scheme under operation interruption,and analysis prediction of passenger flow data in previous years,proposes an evaluation method of connection scheme aiming at passenger waiting time and travel time difference,and comprehensively considers the number of vehicles required for bus connection scheme.The orderly bus connection organization can ensure that the passenger flow can be diverted as soon as possible,reduce the delay time of passengers,and prevent secondary derivative disasters in case of emergency.
