RCEP视域下福建外向型经济高质量发展路径研究

Research on the Regional Export-oriented Economy Improvement Path with RCEP Environment

RCEP的生效为我国推动区域外向型经济高质量发展提供了新的发展机遇。文中梳理RCEP规则体系对外向型经济的预期效应,结合增长的稳定性、发展的均衡性、环境的可持续性、社会的公平性等发展维度,构建外向型经济高质量发展的指标体系;随后以福建省为研究对象,搭建主成分分析模型,对比RCEP签署前后的主成分变化。得出,在RCEP视域下,营商环境、新兴业态的扶持力度(如跨境电商)、中高端产品出口以及出口转口贸易是影响福建省外向型经济高质量发展的主要因素。据此,文中针对性地提出发展路径建议,为推动区域高水平对外开放,促进全国统一大市场建设,构建我国新发展格局提供基础支撑。

The effectiveness of RCEP provides new development opportunities for China to promote high-quality development of regional export-oriented economy.This article summarizes the expected effects of the RCEP rule system on export-oriented economy,and constructs an indicator system for high-quality development of export-oriented economy based on development dimensions such as stability of growth,balance of development,environmental sustainability and social equity;Subsequently,taking Fujian Province as the research object,a principal component analysis model was established to compare the principal component changes before and after the signing of RCEP.From the RCEP perspective,it can be concluded that the business environment,support for emerging business formats(such as cross-border e-commerce),exports of mid to high end products and export transit trade are the main factors affecting the high-quality development of Fujian s export-oriented economy.Based on this,the article proposes targeted development path suggestions,providing basic support for promoting high-level regional opening-up,promoting the construction of a unified national market,and constructing a new development pattern in China.
