The material management of power grid enterpises involoves the entire process of materials from planning and design to retirement and recycling.Promoting the digital tarnsformation of material management can not only improve the quality and efficiency of material management,but also provide assistance for the construction of green modem digital intelligent supply chain.Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology has broad application space in the digital transformation process of material management due to its non-invasive,rule-based,easy to operate and uninterrupted characteristics.This article introduces RPA technology and its application status in power grid material management,and provides corresponding suggestions to help improve the quality and efficiency of material management.
