《物流企业管理》课政融合教学改革研究

Teaching Reform Research of the Integration of Lessons and Politics of Logistics Enterprise Management

随着物流行业的快速发展,物流企业对物流从业人员的素质要求越来越高,而物流企业正面临着数字化转型、物流生态构建、企业文化升级等巨大的变化,需要物流管理人才与物流企业共生共长。文中依托《物流企业管理》这门课程进行“课堂革命”,以物流企业管理岗位专业需求与职业素养为框架,结合课程与岗位需求特点,以学生进入企业的认知视角展开,有机融入思政元素,让学生通过知识技能、价值观两双眼睛看《物流企业管理》的教与学,唤醒学生对初心使命社会主义核心价值观、学院校风、企业文化与自身价值观的承接。

With the rapid development of the logistics industry,logistics enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the quality of logistics practitioners.Logistics enterprises are facing huge changes such as digital transformation,logistics ecology construction,corporate culture upgrading,etc.Logistics management talents need to coexist with logistics enterprises.Based on the course of“Logistics Enterprise Management”,this paper carries out“classroom revolution”,takes the professional needs and professional quality of logistics enterprise management positions as the framework,combines the characteristics of courses and post needs,starts from the cognitive perspective of students entering enterprises,and organically integrates ideological and political elements,to make students look at the teaching and learning of Logistics Enterprise Management through the eyes of knowledge,skills and values,and awaken students commitment to socialist core values,college spirit,corporate culture and their own values.
