摘要
医改的不断深化,要求公立医院实现高质量发展。在这样的背景下公立医院要想完成自己的战略目标,绩效管理是有效的抓手。绩效管理体系是由绩效计划、绩效考核、绩效沟通、绩效反馈构成的PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)循环体系,通过优化绩效管理体系,提高医疗质量,提升患者的就医体验和满意度,从而形成公立医院品牌效应的良性循环。
The deepening of medical reform requires public hospitals to achieve high-quality development.In this context,performance management is an effective way for public hospitals to achieve their strategic goals.The performance management system is a PDCA cycle system composed of performance planning,assessment,communi-cation,and feedback.Through optimizing the performance management system,medical quality can be improved,patientsmedical experience and satisfaction can be enhanced,and a virtuous cycle of the brand effect of public hos-pitals can be formed.
