不同类型润滑剂对涂料及纸张表面性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 硬脂酸钙类和聚乙烯蜡类润滑剂是在造纸生产中常用的两种润滑剂。本文主要对硬脂酸钙类和聚乙烯蜡类两种润滑剂在涂料及纸张中的应用进行对比研究,讨论对涂料及纸张表面性能的影响。结果表明:两种润滑剂对涂料黏度、纸张表面性能如平滑度、粗糙度和印刷表面强度有明显改善作用,对纸张光泽度和白度改善不明显,且加入硬脂酸钙类润滑剂对纸张印刷表面强度的改善要优于聚乙烯蜡类,对于纸张后续印刷来说,加入硬脂酸钙类润滑剂可以赋予纸张优良印刷质量且可以满足高速印刷。为实际造纸生产时选择不同类型润滑剂赋予纸张优良表面性能提供参考。 Calcium stearate and polyethylene wax lubricants are two commonly used lubricants in papermaking production.This article mainly compares the application of calcium stearate and polyethylene wax lubricants in coatings and paper,and discusses their impact on the surface properties of coatings and paper.The results showed that the two lubricants had a significant improvement effect on coating viscosity,paper surface properties such as smoothness,roughness,and printing surface strength,but did not significantly improve paper glossiness and whiteness.Moreover,the addition of calcium stearate lubricants had a better improvement on paper printing surface strength than polyethylene waxes.For subsequent printing of paper,Adding calcium stearate lubricants can endow paper with excellent printing quality and meet the requirements of high-speed printing.It has guiding significance for selecting different types of lubricants to endow paper with excellent surface properties in actual paper production.
