企业集群下中小企业上云建设影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing of Small and Medium-szied Enterprises'Cloud Construction under Enterprise Cluster

随着党的二十大召开,各地政府陆续推动产业数字化进程,目前,中小企业认识偏差使得中小企业上云难、信息化转型难的问题亟待解决。文章基于演化博弈论,以企业集群网络中的中小企业、具有引导作用的龙头企业和第三方工业互联网平台为主体,构建演化博弈模型,分析影响中小企业上云的主要因素。利用Matlab对模型进行仿真实验,实验结论表明中小企业加入平台与成本分担比例、政府补贴、原有成本三个因素成正比,与未加入前收益单个因素成反比,同时研究发现龙头企业的引导机制不受机会成本的影响。

With the convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,local governments have been promoting the process of industrial digitalization.At present,the deviation of SMEs'understanding makes it difficult for SMEs to get on the cloud and to transform information technology.Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model with SMEs in the enterprise cluster network,leading enterprises and third-party internet platforms as the main body,and analyzes the main factors that affect SMEs'cloud access.Using Matlab to carry out simulation experiments on the model,the experimental results show that the cloud access of small and medium-sized enterprises is directly proportional to the cost sharing ratio,government subsidies,and original costs,and inversely proportional to the income before joining.At the same time,the research finds that the guidance of leading enterprises is not affected by opportunity costs.
