长江经济带绿色经济发展视角下物流企业基于战略效率提升的韧性培育研究

Research on the Resilience Cultivation of Logistics Enterprises Based on Strategic Efficiency Improvement from the Perspective of Green Economy Development in Yangtze River Economic Belt

随着绿色经济时代的来临,物流效率提升与韧性增长对长江经济带高质量发展的影响越来越大。从绿色经济视角分析长江经济带物流企业的战略效率,据此研究追求效率提升的物流韧性培育之道,具有十分重要的理论意义与应用价值。文章从绿色经济、物流战略效率与战略差异度、物流发展韧性等理论探讨入手,运用DEA线性规划模型测算长江经济带11个省市2016—2020年的物流战略效率,并进行排序与分析,提出长江经济带绿色经济发展视角下物流企业基于战略效率提升的韧性培育四策略。

With the advent of the green economy era,the improvement of logistics efficiency and the growth of resilience have an increasing impact on the high-quality development of Yangtze River Economic Belt.It is of great theoretical significance and application value to analyze the strategic efficiency of logistics enterprises in Yangtze River Economic Belt from the perspective of green economy,and to study the cultivation of logistics resilience in pursuit of efficiency improvement.Starting from the theoretical discussion of green economy,logistics strategic efficiency and strategic difference degree,and logistics development resilience,this paper uses the DEA linear programming model to calculate the logistics strategic efficiency of 11 provinces and cities in Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2016 to 2020,and makes sorting and analysis.Based on this,it proposes four strategies for logistics enterprises to cultivate resilience based on strategic efficiency improvement from the perspective of green economic development in Yangtze River Economic Belt.
