摘要 手性农药单一高效构型的研发已成为新农药研发重要方向之一。介绍了氮杂环卡宾催化合成农药活性手性分子的方法及其抗细菌、真菌及病毒活性与潜在应用价值。 The development of efficient enantio-enriched pesticides has become an important direction in the research and development of new pesticides.We introduced the recent development of the synthetic methods for asymmetric construction of bioactive molecules through N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)organocatalysis.The antibacterial,antifungal and antiviral activities and the potential applications of the chiral molecules obtained from these methodologies are also introduced.
