1.5%生物农药四霉素水分散粒剂的研究

摘要 对1.5%四霉素水分散粒剂进行配方筛选和工艺优化。通过检测水分散粒剂的技术指标,筛选了载体、润湿分散剂和崩解剂的种类及其用量,并对工艺条件如加水量、干燥时间和干燥温度等进行优化。四霉素水分散粒剂优化配方:四霉素母粉15%(质量分数,以下同),gerogonT/366%、gerogonL-WET/P10%、硫酸铵6%、硅藻土补至100%。最佳工艺条件:加水量27%、干燥时间1h,干燥温度50℃。所得四霉素水分散粒剂制剂性能稳定、绿色环保,经过冷热储稳定性测定,各项指标均符合水分散粒剂的质量技术标准。 A green preparation of biopesticide,tetracycin 1.5%water dispersion granule,was studied.The formulation and process optimization were carried out.Tetramycin is a kind of biological pesticide with high efficiency,low toxicity and safety.Water dispersion granule is an environmentally friendly pesticide dosage form,which has become one of the important dosage forms in agricultural production and has broad market prospect and application value.The types and dosage of carrier,wetting dispersant and disintegrant were screened by testing the technical index of water dispersing granule,and the process conditions such as water addition,drying time and drying temperature were optimized.Under the above method,the tetramycin water-dispersed granules were optimized,and the optimized formula was as follows:tetramycin mother powder 15%(mass fraction,the same as below),gerogon T/366%,gerogon L-WET/P 10%,ammonium sulfate 6%,diatomaceous earth to 100%.The optimum process conditions are:water added 27%,drying time 1 h,drying temperature 50℃.In this study,a stable and environmentally friendly tetramycin water dispersible granule preparation was provided.The stability of cold and hot storage was determined,and all indexes were in line with national standards.
