摘要
基于有限元分析方法,利用Solidworks的实体建模和ANSYS Workbench的有限元分析模拟功能,建立了第二代汽车轮毂轴承单元的三维模型,而后进行网格划分得到离散化的有限元分析模型。分别施加不同的轴向载荷,计算分析得出轮毂轴承单元的应力和轴向形变变化。结果表明:最大应力均位于螺纹孔安装面上,当轴向载荷大于4 000 N时,法兰盘外圈发生了不可恢复的塑性变形;通过轴向形变计算得出轮毂轴承单元的相对倾斜角变化趋势,与试验值相比具有相当的一致性。
Based on the finite element analysis method,using Solidworks entity modeling and ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis simulation function,3D model of generation second hub bearing unit is established,and got the discretization of the FEA model by meshing.Applying the different axial load in hub bearing,the stress distribution and axial deformation of bearing unit was got after calculated.The results show that the maximum stress is located on the mounting surface of the threaded holes,and the flange outer ring has unrecoverable plastic deformation when the axial load is more than 4000N.The trend of hub bearing unit relative inclination angle was obtained by calculated axial deformation.Compared with the experimental values,it has a good consistency.
