摘要
本文提出了一种降低蓄热式加热炉CO排放的新方法,采用的是在加热段增加一个烟气处理段来处理煤烟中的CO的结构方式,通过数值模拟对该方法进行了验证。结果表明:经烟气处理段燃烧后的煤烟中CO浓度从23 000 ppm降低到了6.4 ppm,显著降低了蓄热式加热炉的CO排放。
In this paper,a new method to reduce CO emission from regenerative heating furnace is proposed.The CO in soot is treated by adding a flue gas treatment section in the heating section,and the method is verified by numerical simulation.The results show that the CO concentration in the soot after combustion in the flue gas treatment section is reduced from 23000 ppm to 6.4 ppm,which significantly reduces the CO emission of the regenerative heating furnace.
