速度滑冰与短道速滑青少年运动员体能特征研究

摘要 基于kistler压力传感器、MONARK894E功率自行车、健身测功单车LODE-Corival Cpet、移动式运动肺量计CORTEX-MetaMax 3B以及Polar V800心率表等进行测试,分析速度滑冰与短道速滑青少年运动员体能特征差异。结果表明:男性速度滑冰运动员与短道速滑运动员相比,下肢爆发力更大,而女性运动员下肢爆发力差异相对没有男性运动员明显;速度滑冰运动员无氧运动能力更强,尤其女性运动员差异更明显;速度滑冰运动员与短道速滑运动员心肺功能无明显差异。 To analyze the differences in physical characteristics between adolescent speed skating and short track speed skating athletes,the related tests were conducted by using kistler pressure sensors,MONARK894E power bicycles,fitness exercise bike LODE-Corival Cpet,mobile exercise spirometer CORTEX-MetaMax 3B,and Polar V800 heart rate meters.The results showed that male speed skaters had greater lower limb explosive power compared to short track speed skaters,however,between female athletes speed skaters and short track speed skaters,there was no significant difference in lower limb explosive power like male athletes;speed skaters had stronger anaerobic exercise abilities,and the difference was more significant among female athletes;there was no significant difference in cardiopulmonary function between speed skaters and short track speed skaters.
