盲视摄影对大学生轻度抑郁症患者的治疗效果评估

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Blind Photography on College Students with Mild Depression

以50名患有轻度抑郁症的大学生为研究对象,采用调查问卷、半结构式访谈以及反思分析的方法,对其在接受语言式疗愈和表达性艺术疗愈(盲视摄影)后的感受进行分析。研究结果表明,盲视摄影对大学生轻度抑郁症患者在表达情绪、舒缓情绪等方面有一定的帮助。研究旨在促进非视觉感官互动的讨论与研究,以及探讨盲视摄影在不损害患者安全、不违背医务工作者职业道德的情况下,如何扩大艺术疗愈的范围。

Taking 50 college students with mild depression as the research object,this paper analyzes the feelings of college students with mild depression after receiving language therapy and expressive art therapy(blind photography)by means of questionnaire,semi-structured interview and reflective analysis.The results show that blind photography is helpful for college students with mild depression in expressing emotions and soothing emotions.The purpose of this paper is to promote the discussion and research of non-visual sensory interaction,and to explore how blind photography can expand the scope of art therapy without compromising patient safety and medical workers'professional ethics.
