PEG对PBT-PEG共聚酯性能影响研究

摘要 以聚乙二醇(PEG)-2000为改性单体,与对苯二甲酸(PTA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)聚合,合成一系列不同PEG含量的PBT-PEG共聚酯,对共聚酯进行注塑及吹膜加工。利用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重仪、邵氏硬度计对共聚酯结构和性能进行表征,利用万能试验机和氙灯老化箱对共聚酯样条和薄膜进行老化前后力学性能分析,并对薄膜的吸湿率进行分析。结果表明:在研究范围内,随着PEG加入量的增加,PBT-PEG共聚酯熔点下降、熔融结晶温度先上升再下降,热稳定性劣于PBT树脂;PBT-PEG共聚酯样条硬度、拉伸强度及弯曲强度呈下降趋势,断裂伸长率增大。PBT-PEG共聚酯薄膜的力学性能变化与样条力学性能变化一致,薄膜吸湿率随着PEG加入量增加而增大。 Modified polyethylene glycol-20000(PEG)was used to create a variety of polybutylene terephtlatates(PBT).Thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA),scanning volume heat(DSC),and infrared tests were used to assess the structure and properties of polyester.The findings indicate that when PEG addition increases,the melting point of PBT-PEG polyester decreases,crystalline capacity increases initially before declining,and the thermal stability is lower than that of PBT resin.PBT-PEG polyester s elongation of the fracture and elongation increases but its hardness,stretching strength,and curving strength decrease.PBT-PEG polyester produced using film-blowing exhibits varying mechanical performance in response to variations in the mechanical parameters of the sample.A client thin film s rate of moisture absorption rises as PEG levels rise.
