ZDP/TPP/LDH协效阻燃PET复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 为了提高聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料的阻燃性能,以二乙基次磷酸锌三磷酸三苯酯(ZDP)、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、水滑石(LDH)为阻燃剂,与对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)等采用共聚法制备了阻燃改性PET,通过场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)以及极限氧指数仪等对改性PET聚酯的结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明,不同阻燃体系在PET中均可以均匀分散,LDH的加入使得改性PET的T_(mc)有所升高,三种阻燃剂复配后,改性PET的阻燃性能明显提升,当LDH、ZDP、TPP复配比例为0.1∶1∶1时,极限氧指数(LOI)可以达到35.9%,改性PET为难燃材料,满足汽车、建筑等阻燃要求。 The copolymerization process was used to create PET materials modified with flame retardants in order to enhance their flame retardant qualities.Using a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and limiting oxygen index meter,the surface structure,thermal properties,and limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the materials were examined.The properties of PET polyester were examined in relation to flame retardants diethylzinc hypophosphate triphenyl phosphate(ZDP),triphenyl phosphate(TPP),hydrotalcite(LDH),and their compound systems.The findings demonstrate that various flame retardant systems can be evenly distributed throughout PET and that the T_(mc) of flame retardant PET increases noticeably with the addition of LDH.The three flame retardants combined greatly enhance the flame retardant properties of PET material.The LOI can reach 35.9%when the mixture ratio is 0.1 LDH/1 ZDP/1 TPP.It is a material that satisfies flame retardant requirements and can be used in buildings and automobiles.
