驻极母粒的制备及其对熔喷材料结构与性能的影响研究

摘要 为了提高聚丙烯(PP)熔喷材料中驻极体电荷的稳定性,本文采用电气石和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)分别与PP切片以一定比例混合制备驻极母粒,与PP共混,经熔喷成型工艺,结合电驻极工艺,获得不同的非织造材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、颗粒物过滤效率测试仪及万能试验机,研究非织造材料的表观形貌、微孔、纤维直径、过滤效率及力学性能。结果表明:PTFE驻极母粒的过滤性能优于电气石驻极母粒;添加电气石比添加PTFE制得的非织造材料的纤维直径大;添加电气石或PTFE可有效提高熔喷PP非织造材料存储静电荷的能力,且随PTFE质量分数从0.15%提高到0.25%,材料的过滤性能和力学性能均得到一定程度的提升。 The filtration and mechanical properties of polypropylene(PP)melt-blown materials were improved by using inorganic/organic blending and organic/organic blending techniques,which also improved the stability of the electret charge.In order to granulate PP slices,a specific ratio of electrical stone powder and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)ultrafine powder is mixed together.Various non-woven materials can be produced by combining the electric electret technique with the melt blow molding process.Studying the filtration performance of inorganic and organic electret masterbatches,as well as the apparent morphology,micropores,fiber diameter,and characteristics of non-woven materials,is done using scanning electron microscopy,particle filtration efficiency testers,and universal testing machines.The findings indicate that the filtration performance of the organic electret masterbatch is superior to that of the inorganic electret masterbatch;the fiber diameter of the nonwoven materials produced by adding electrical stone powder is larger than that of the nonwoven materials produced by adding PTFE powder;the ability of melt-blown PP nonwoven materials to store static charges can be effectively improved by adding electrical stone powder or PTFE powder;and the filtration performance and mechanical properties of the material are improved to a certain extent as the PTFE mass fraction rises from 0.15%to 0.25%.
