心室电极过感知T波启动室性早搏反应激活非竞争性心房起搏功能运作一例
摘要
患者男性,53岁,8个月前因“反复胸闷8个月,再发伴一过性晕厥半个月”入院,临床诊断:二度Ⅱ型房室传导阻滞,行永久心脏起搏器植入术。半月前出现活动后乏力,心电图示AV间期、AA间期、VV间期不等,进一步分析发现该例为心室电极过感知T波启动室性早搏反应激活非竞争性心房起搏功能运作,动态心电图及程控证实了该例的诊断,经调整心室感知灵敏度后,此现象消失。
