近三十年国内教育评价研究的发展历程、热点领域及变迁特征 被引量:2

The Development Course,Prosperity Field and Characteristics of Chinese Educational Evaluation Research in the Past 30 Years

摘要 教育评价现代化是中国教育现代化实现的关键内容,加强教育评价发展历程、热点领域及其变迁特征的研究可以为新时代教育评价改革实践提供理论指导。20世纪90年代以来,我国教育评价开始全面实施,近三十年我国教育评价研究经历了“概念深化”“转型探索”“新兴发展”三个阶段,并形成了教育评价的价值取向、元评价、智能技术赋能教育评价、教育评价体系以及教育评价改革五大热点研究领域。从研究特点来看,我国教育评价研究主题体现出从宏观向中微观转变,研究内容从理论探讨为主向更加突出实践应用的方向转变,研究趋势呈现出从传统到现代的动态发展的特征。未来教育评价的理论与实践研究,需高度关注新时代教育评价体系的理论创新与实践变革,以增值评价创新为重点完善教育评价方式,以大数据等智能技术的应用促进教育评价精准化,进而助力新时代教育评价改革目标的实现。 The modernization of educational evaluation is the key content of the realization of China's educational modernization.Strengthening the research on the development course,prosperity field and characteristics of educational evaluation can provide theoretical guidance for the practice of educational evaluation reform in the new era.Since the 1990s,China's educational evaluation has been fully implemented.In the past 30 years,China's educational evaluation research has experienced three stages:“concept deepening”,“shift exploration”and“emerging development”,and formed five prosperity research field:the value orientation of education evaluation,meta-evaluation,intelligent technology enabling education evaluation,education evaluation system,and education evaluation reform.The research shows that the research theme of educational evaluation reflects the characteristics of changing from macro to micro;The researches content tends to change from the main theory to the direction of more emphasis on practical application;The research trend shows a dynamic development from tradition to modern.Future research on the theory and practice of educational evaluation should pay great attention to the theoretical innovation and practical reform of the educational evaluation system in the new era,focus on value-added evaluation innovation to improve the way of educational evaluation,and promote the precision of educational evaluation with the application of intelligent technologies such as big data,so as to help realize the reform goals of educational evaluation in the new era.
