新时代高职教育国际化评价的内涵意蕴、价值遵循与实践路径

伴随经济全球化发展,新时代高职教育国际化已成为高职教育服务国家发展战略的重要途径,也是高职教育改革发展的必然趋势。高职教育国际化评价是高职教育国际化高质量发展的重要保障,对于推进建设现代职业教育体系,实现高职教育的现代化治理具有重要意义。当前,我国高职教育国际化评价在评价理念、评价标准、分类管理、持续改进等方面还存在一些亟待解决的问题。新时代高职教育国际化评价要打破高等教育国际化评价的路径依赖,重塑评价理念,明确评价标准,科学设计评价指标体系、创新评价手段和方式、完善评价机制,不断提高高职教育国际化评价的科学性、专业性和有效性。

With the development of economic globalization,the internationalization of higher vocational education in the new era has become an important way for vocational education to serve the national development strategy,and is also an inevitable trend in the reform and development of vocational education.The internationalization evaluation of higher vocational education is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education internationalization,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of a modern vocational education system and achieving modern governance of vocational education.Currently,there are still some urgent problems in the internationalization evaluation of higher vocational education in China,such as evaluation concepts,evaluation standards,classification management,and continuous improvement.In the new era,the internationalization evaluation of higher vocational education should break the path dependence of higher education internationalization evaluation,reshape the evaluation concept,clarify the evaluation standards,design the evaluation index system scientifically,innovate evaluation methods,improve the evaluation mechanism,and continuously improve the scientificity,professionalism,and effectiveness of higher vocational education internationalization evaluation.
