乌梁素海浮游植物群落优势物种种间联结研究

Interspecific Association of Dominant Species of Phytoplankton in Ulansuhai Lake

摘要 为了探讨乌梁素海浮游植物优势物种之间的关系,于2018年和2019年各季节采样日,对乌梁素海浮游植物群落进行了调查,采用方差比率法、χ^(2)检验、共同出现百分率(PC)、种间联结系数(AC)方法,对浮游植物优势物种种间关系进行了分析。研究结果表明,调查期间共鉴定出浮游植物7门78属185种,其中优势物种5门19属32种;2018年和2019年浮游植物优势物种的方差比率(VR)都大于1,物种间表现为正关联;2018年春季、2019年春季和2019年夏季,浮游植物优势物种种间总体无显著关联,统计量(W)分别为12.356、21.815和13.295,其他季节总体显著关联;χ^(2)检验结果表明,2018年浮游植物优势物种形成的种对中有251对联结性不显著,2019年浮游植物优势物种形成的种对中有509对联结性不显著;共同出现百分率表明,2018年浮游植物优势物种形成的种对中,弱联结性种对为180对,2019年浮游植物优势物种形成的种对中,弱联结性种对为396对;种间联结系数表明,2018年浮游植物优势物种形成的种对中有173对为弱联结性种对,2019年浮游植物优势物种形成的种对中有374对为弱联结性种对;2018年和2019年乌梁素海浮游植物优势物种种对之间的联结性较弱,相对独立性较强,表明乌梁素海浮游植物群落结构较稳定。 In order to explore the relationship among dominant phytoplankton species in the Ulansuhai Lake,the phytoplankton communities were investigated on each seasonal sampling day in 2018 and 2019.In this study,the variance ratio method(VR),theχ^(2)test,the percentage of cooccurrence(PC)and the association coefficient(AC)were used to analyze the dominant phytoplankton species.The results showed that a total of 185 species of 78 genera of 7 phyla of phytoplankton were identified during the study,including 32 species of 19 genera of 5 phyla of dominant phytoplankton species.The variance ratio(VR)of dominant phytoplankton species in 2018 and 2019 was greater than 1,which showed a positive correlation.The overall correlation among phytoplankton dominance in spring 2018,spring 2019 and summer 2019 were not significant,and the statistical values(W)were 12.356,21.815 and 13.295.The overall correlation was significant in other seasons.Theχ^(2)test results showed that 251 species pairs formed by dominant phytoplankton species had no significant association in 2018.The 509 species pairs formed by dominant phytoplankton species had no significant association in 2019.The percentage of cooccurrence showed that 180 species pairs formed by dominant phytoplankton species in 2018 were weakly associated species pairs.The 396 species pairs formed by dominant phytoplankton species in 2019 were weakly associated species pairs.The association coefficient showed that 173 species pairs formed by dominant phytoplankton species in 2018 were weakly associated species pairs.The 374 species pairs formed by dominant phytoplankton species in 2019 were weakly associated species pairs.It can be concluded that the dominant pairs of phytoplankton in the Ulansuhai Lake in 2018 and 2019 had a weak connection and a strong relative independence.It showed that the phytoplankton community structure in Ulansuhai Lake was stable.
