Connection, Black Box and Empowerment: the Path of AIGC to Drive the Transformation of Smart Libraries

[目的/意义]探讨AIGC应用于智慧图书馆的威胁与挑战,提出AIGC驱动智慧图书馆服务转型的路径,以提高图书馆的智能化水平。[方法/过程]通过探讨AI、AIGC与智慧图书馆的关联,剖析目前智慧图书馆应用AIGC的理论与实践困境,并对图书馆利用AIGC实现智慧化的前景进行展望。[结果/结论]AIGC在智慧图书馆中的应用仍然需要慎重思虑,但关于它的一些理论探索与实践案例能够对智慧图书馆的服务优化起到启迪作用。

[Purpose/Significance]This paper discusses the formation and meaning of digital hoarding and its related concepts,analyzes the origin,evolution and influence of digital hoarding activities.It aims to deepen the theoretical research on information resource management,and promote the benign development of personal information management.[Method/Process]By conducting a comprehensive search of digital hoarding literature from domestic and international sources,this paper systematically sorted out the relevant research topics,focused on the related findings in psychology,computer science,library and information science,and information resource management,and formed the theoretical foundation needed for this research.The problem-solving model in management science was introduced to build the analytical framework of this paper,combined with the basic theory of personal information management.[Result/Conclusion]Summarize the main progress of current research,and elucidate the emergence and development of digital hoarding activities and concepts.Propose that digital hoarding is a spiral deterioration process which includes three stages:phenomenon exposure,problem analysis and problem solving.This paper analyzes the influence of digital hoarding activities on individuals,organizations and society,and identifies the issues that need to be explored more in current research,including the relationship between physical hoarding and digital hoarding,the relationship between digital hoarding and the use of electronic devices,the digital hoarding behavior of specific objects,the impact of digital hoarding on organizations and society.Provide directions for future research,namely,the definition of related concepts and terms,exploring reasonable and feasible countermeasures,and promoting comprehensive systematic research.
