摘要
皮肤老化是一个系统的退化过程,由内在因素和外在因素引起。蓝光是指波长为400~500 nm的可见光,尽管蓝光可在寻常型痤疮、寻常性银屑病、日光性角化病等皮肤病中发挥治疗作用,但近年来的研究证明慢性蓝光照射可导致皮肤老化进程加剧。临床研究表明,蓝光辐照可削弱皮肤屏障功能诱导皮肤产生色素沉着,并可能影响睡眠质量。相关基础研究表明,蓝光辐射对皮肤老化的促进作用主要与其诱导角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞发生氧化应激、刺激黑色素生成、介导真皮细胞外基质流失等机制密切相关。目前蓝光的防护手段主要包括物理防晒和具有防护蓝光作用的医学护肤品等。
Skin aging is a multisystem degradation process caused by both internaland external factors.Blue light refers to visible light with a wavelength of 400-500 nm.Although blue light can play a therapeutic role in skin diseases such as acne vulgaris,psoriasis vulgaris,and actinic keratosis,recent studies have shown that chronic blue light irradiation can exacerbate the aging process of the skin.Clinical studies have shown that blue light irradiation can induce skin pigmentation,affect sleep quality,and weaken skin barrier function.Basic research has shown that the promoting effect of blue light radiation on skin aging is closely related to its mechanisms of inducing oxidative stress in keratinocytes and fibroblasts,stimulating melanin production,and mediating the loss of extracellular matrix in the dermis.At present,the main protective measures for blue light include physical sunscreen and medical skin care products that have blue light protective effects.
