308nm紫外线家庭光疗仪治疗儿童白癜风临床观察

Efficacy of 308 nm Ultraviolet Home Phototherapy in the Treatment of Children's Vitiligo

目的 观察308 nm紫外线家庭光疗仪治疗儿童白癜风的有效性及安全性。方法 收集2019年1月—2022年11月在南京医科大学附属无锡儿童医院皮肤科门诊诊断为白癜风的患儿103例,随机分为对照组49例及研究组54例,对照组应用常规药物治疗,研究组应用常规药物及家庭308 nm紫外线家庭光疗仪照射,3次/周,分别于治疗后1、2、3个月时进行随访和疗效评价。结果 研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,研究组治疗3个月后面颈部显效率为78.38%,躯干部59.04%,四肢50.00%,肢端33.33%,面颈部光疗效果优于躯干部、四肢及肢端,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 家庭光疗仪治疗儿童白癜风依从性高,疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of home 308 nm ultraviolet therapy in the treatment of vitiligo in children.Methods A total of 103 children with vitiligo were enrolled from Department of Dermatology of the affiliated Wuxi Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to November 2022.It was randomly divided the cases into control group(49 cases)and study group(54 cases).Control group were treated with conventional drug treatment.Study group were exposed to conventional drugs and home 308 nm ultraviolet radiation three times a week.Regular follow-up and efficacy were evaluated after 1,2 and 3 months of treatment.Results The study group was more effective than the control group.After 3 months treatment,the effective rate of the face or neck was 78.38%,the trunk was 59.04%,the limbs were 50.00%,and the extremities were 33.33%.The effect of face or neck was better than that of trunk,limbs and extremities,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 308 nm home phototherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of children's vitiligo.
