摘要 皮肤光老化是紫外线等长期照射诱导皮肤慢性损伤的表现,由于臭氧层的破坏和户外活动的增加,发病率在全球范围内逐渐上升,但其发病机制目前尚不明确。近年来随着研究的深入,发现皮肤免疫组织中肥大细胞、成纤维细胞、角质形成细胞、淋巴细胞等介导局部皮肤组织炎症反应和免疫抑制,促进皮肤光老化的发生与发展。 Skin photoaging is a manifestation of chronic skin damage induced by long-term exposure to ultraviolet light.Due to the destruction of the ozone layer and the increase in outdoor activities,the incidence of skin photoaging is gradually increasing worldwide,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.In recent years,with the deepening of research,it has been found that mast cells,fibroblasts,keratinocytes and lymphocytes in skin immune tissue mediate local skin tissue inflammation and immunosuppression,and promote the occurrence and development of skin photoaging.
