亚热带特色农业的本科教改探索——以广西大学农学院为例

Exploring Undergraduate Education Reform for Subtropical Agricultural Characteristics——a Case Study of the College of Agriculture at Guangxi University

摘要 我国亚热带地区作为重要的农业生产区域之一,具有独特的气候、土壤和植被条件,孕育了鲜明的农业特色。广西是我国最大的亚热带农业省(区),但在广西高校的农学本科教育中,对亚热带农业特色的关注度稍显不足。以广西大学农学院为例,主要表现在课程设置不够完善、学生缺乏实践机会和师资力量不足三方面,导致学生在相关领域的专业素养和实践能力有限。在实施“双碳”(即碳达峰和碳中和)目标的时代背景下,随着人工智能、现代生物育种技术等新兴技术的崛起,传统农业正在向智慧农业转变,农学本科教学面临着新农科建设的挑战和机遇。因此,亚热带特色农业本科教学需要进一步加强亚热带农业特色课程的建设、扩大师资队伍、加强学生交流合作平台建设,并与农业生产实际紧密结合。 Subtropical regions in China,as one of important agricultural production areas,possess unique climate,soil,and vegeta-tion conditions,giving rise to distinct characteristics.Guangxi is the largest subtropical agricultural province in our country.However,within undergraduate agronomy education of universities in Guangxi,there is a slight lack of emphasis on the subtropical agricultural characteristics.A case study of the College of Agriculture at Guangxi University,which is mainly manifested in the three aspects of in-sufficient curricula,lack of practice opportunities for students,and insufficient faculty members,which leads to limited development of students'professional competence and practical skills in related fields.In the context of the era of dual-carbon(carbon peak and carbon neutral),with the rise of artificial intelligence,modern bio-breeding technology and other emerging technologies,traditional agriculture is transforming into smart agriculture.The agricultural undergraduate education is facing challenges and opportunities of new agricultur-al science.Therefore,undergraduate teaching needs to further improve the curriculum of subtropical agriculture characteristics,broad-en the faculty,strengthen the platform of student exchange and cooperation and closely integrate with the actual agricultural production.
