基于模糊GA算法的创新型产业集群成员选择方法——以安徽省芜湖高新区新能源汽车产业集群为例

摘要 为构建具有更好创新发展能力的新能源汽车产业集群,提出了一种基于模糊GA算法的集群成员选择方法。通过泰尔指数嵌套分析法确定新能源汽车创新型产业集群成员的选择范围;利用模糊GA算法对代表企业组织机构单一指标数据信息的染色体进行模糊化处理;采用二进制编码对染色体进行编码处理;再结合适应度值对编码后的染色体进行聚类,形成不同的种群;最后,按照产业集群优化的目标,对初选成员进行迭代选择,得到最优的产业集群成员。以安徽省芜湖高新区新能源汽车产业集群为研究案例,证实了根据本文所提方法构建的产业集群,具有较高的创新能力和抗风险能力。 In order to construct a new energy automobile industry cluster with better innovative development capability,a cluster member selection method based on fuzzy GA algorithm is proposed.The selection range of new energy automobile innovative industrial cluster members is determined by the Theil index nesting analysis method,then the fuzzy GA algorithm is applied to fuzzy processing of chromosome,which represents single index data information of enterprise organization.The binary coding is used to encode the chromosome,and then the encoded chromosome is clustered together with the fitness value to form different populations.Finally,in accordance with the goal of the industrial cluster optimization,iterative selection of the primary members is carried out to get the optimal industrial cluster members.Taking the new energy automobile industry cluster of Wuhu Hightech district in Anhui province as a research case,it confirms that the industry cluster constructed according to the proposed method in this paper has high innovation ability and risk resistance.
