摘要
绿色转型是制造业高质量发展的必然要求,智能服务是促进其实现的重要支撑。从两业融合视角出发,构建智能服务与制造业融合评价指标体系,基于2011—2019年统计数据,分析智能服务融合对制造业绿色转型影响。研究发现:智能服务融合促进了制造业绿色转型,且表现为非线性“U型”关系;在不同维度中,产业规模影响居于首位,技术创新影响的提升速度超过其他维度;绿色转型效率时序分析结果表明,智能服务融合影响存在“数字化悖论”,产生原因在于技术效率与规模效率未形成协同;智能服务融合对污染型制造业绿色转型影响明显优于清洁型,对技术密集型制造业绿色转型作用效率最高。研究结果为我国制造业绿色转型提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
Against the backdrop of the“double carbon”strategy and the new era of high-quality development,green transformation is an inevitable requirement for high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.The devel-opment and application of new-generation digital technologies such as 5G,cloud computing,virtual reality,and ar-tificial intelligence have fostered the emergence of smart services.It can promote service innovation and business model innovation through the synergy of physical products and digital services,providing a new path for the green transformation of the manufacturing.From the perspective of industry integration,this paper constructs an index system for the integration of smart services industry and manufacturing industry from four dimensions:industrial or-ganization,industrial scale,industrial market development,and industrial technological innovation.It also builds an index system for green transformation effect of the manufacturing industry by fully considering the comprehensive capabilities of enterprises in two aspects“emission reduction”and“governance”in their actual green develop-ment.On this basis,using statistical data from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically studies the impact of smart service integration on the green transformation of the manufacturing industry.The results show that during the study period,the overall level of smart service integration in Chinas manufacturing industry continued to improve.From a multidimensional perspective the integration of smart services grew significantly in the dimensions of industrial scale and industrial technological innovation,while growth in the dimensions of industrial organization and industrial market development was relatively moderate;the integration of smart services can promote the green transformation of the manufacturing industry,and this role of promotion overall demonstrates a non-linear“U-shaped”;among dif-ferent dimensions of integration,the impact of industrial scale integration is the greatest,while the impact of tech-nological innovation integration shows a rapid growth trend,and the impact of market development integration is rel-atively weak;the efficiency analysis found that the impact efficiency of smart service integration on the green trans-formation of manufacturing industry continues to decrease as the level of integration increases,exhibiting the phe-nomenon of“digital paradox”.After efficiency decomposition,it was found that the reason for this phenomenon is the lack of coordination between technological efficiency and scale efficiency;the heterogeneity analysis showed that the impact of smart service integration on the green transformation of pollution-intensive manufacturing is significant-ly better than that on clean manufacturing,and its effect efficiency on the green transformation of technology-inten-sive manufacturing is the highest.Based on the above conclusions,the following policy recommendations are pro-posed:firstly,improve the green transformation capabilities of the manufacturing industry through smart services.Secondly,strengthen the integration of industrial organization and pay attention to the role of market mechanisms.Thirdly,properly coordinate the relationship between technological upgrading and scale development.The research results provide an important supplement to existing theories on green transformation in manufacturing,offering theo-retical support and practical guidance for realizing green transformation in Chinas manufacturing industry.
