Exploration into the Platform Regulation Theories in the Context of Chinese Modernization

中国式现代化对我国未来经济社会发展提出了全方位的要求,当前的平台治理理论需要服务于中国式现代化的目标。本文探究了中国式现代化语境下平台治理理论的内涵,分析了将平台治理和中国式现代化的基本要求紧密结合起来的新途径,认为中国式现代化语境下的平台治理应体现人本特征,超越以往以监管机构和企业为代表的二元监管模式,建立融合政府、平台和消费者在内的三元平台治理模式。

Chinese modernization has advanced multifaceted requirements for the economic and social development in the new period.Platform regulation theories in the current stage must serve to realize the objective of Chinese modernization.This article has explored the meaning of the platform regulation theories in the context of the Chinese modernization.It has investigated the means through which to integrate platform regulation and the fundamental objectives of the Chinese modernization.This article argues for a humancentered platform regulation in the context of Chinese modernization.It suggests to go beyond the conventional binary regulation model involving regulators and platform companies,and to establish a ternary regulation model involving regulators,platforms,and consumers.
