症结与防治:知识共享平台的“信息污染”与生态治理研究

Symptom and Prevention Researchon:“Information Pollution”and Ecological Governance of Knowledge Sharing Platforms

信息技术的发展牵引着媒介与知识形态的变迁,无形中也形塑了新的产业模式。本文以知识共享平台为研究对象,将其置于场域与生态双重视角下进行考察,通过对平台信息生态因子(信息、信息人、信息环境、信息技术)的序列位置与矛盾运动的深入分析,构建出知识共享平台的信息生态模型。在此基础上,笔者试图从文本信息、行为信息与技术信息三个维度揭示平台现存的“信息污染”问题,并以人际与人机为两条分析进路,探讨可能存在的污染路径与内外部影响。为应对潜在风险,本文设计出了知识共享平台的生态评价体系,并提出相应治理策略。

The development of information technology is.driving the transformation of media and knowledge forms,invisibly shaping new industrial models.This article takes knowledge sharing platforms as the research object and places them under the dual perspectives of field and ecology,Through in-depth analysis of the sequence position and con-tradictory movements of platform information ecological fac-tors(information,information people,information environ-ment,and information technology),this article constructs an information ecological model for knowledge sharing platforms.On this basis,the author attempts to reveal the existing“infor-mation pollution”problem of the platform from three dimen-sions:textual information,behavioral information,and tech-nical information,and explores the possible pollution paths and internal and external impacts from interpersonal and hu-man-machine analysis paths.To address potential risks,this article designs an ecological evaluation system for knowledgesharing platforms and provides corresponding governance strategies.
