优质两系籼稻不育系盐169S的选育与应用

Breeding and Application of High-quality Indica PTGMS Line Yan 169S in Rice

盐169S是江苏沿海地区农业科学研究所用03S与优质早籼中间材料325B/特籼占25杂交选育而成。该不育系育性稳定、异交率高、配合力强、米质优,2020年通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。该不育系与恢复系五山丝苗配组育成的盐两优丝苗1号于2021年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。

Yan 169S,derived from the cross between 03S and an intermediate early indica maintainer of 325B/Texianzhan 25,is developed by Jiangsu Coastal Area Institute of Agricultural Science.It shows stable fertility,high outcrossing rate,strong combining ability and good grain quality.It was technically identified by Jiangsu Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2020.Yanliangyou Simiao 1,derived from the restorer line Wushansimiao and Yan 169S,was approved for release to commercial production by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2021.
