基于双三相永磁同步电机的复用变压器的分析

摘要 为了降低车载充电系统的体积和成本,此处将双三相永磁同步电机复用为变压器,并研究了该复用变压器的性能。首先,通过有限元仿真分析了复用变压器的空载特性、传输功率和传输效率。其次,对复用变压器初、次级电流产生的转矩进行了分析。分析结果表明,转子位置影响复用变压器的磁路进而影响损耗的大小。提高电源频率能够降低损耗,提高复用变压器的传输效率。初、次级电流使电机产生了脉振的转矩,调整转子位置或提高电源频率能够有效地降低转矩,减小电机振动。最后,使用一台双三相永磁同步电机的复用变压器进行了实验验证。 In order to reduce the volume and cost of the on-board charging system,dual-three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is multiplexed as transformer,and its performance as transformer is studied.Firstly,the open circuit characteristic,transmission power and transmission efficiency of the multiplexing transformer are analyzed by finite element simulation.Secondly,the torque generated by the primary and secondary side current of the multiplexing transformer is analyzed.The analysis results show that the rotor position affects the loss of the multiplexing transformer by influencing its magnetic circuit.Increasing power frequency can reduce the loss and improve the transmission efficiency of the multiplexing transformer.The primary and secondary side current make the motor produce pulsating torque.Adjusting rotor position or increasing power frequency can effectively reduce torque and motor vibration.Finally,a multiplexing transformer of dual-three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is used for experimental verification.
