新型大功率矿用高压变频器的设计与研制

摘要 通过对煤矿井下大功率矿用高压变频器进行广泛的市场调研和方案论证,设计适合煤矿井下供电系统要求的高压变频器主回路结构,并结合在矿用隔爆兼本安型电气设备壳体设计和大型顺槽带式输送机对驱动装置的软启/制动、调速性能要求等方面所积累的丰富经验,完成矿用高压变频装置内部核心控制单元开发、电气元器件布局设计、隔爆型壳体设计制造以及散热系统的设计制造,最终研制出供电电压为10 kV、额定容量为2 000 kVA的隔爆兼本安型高压变频装置,并在同煤集团王村煤矿进行工业性试验,重载启动性能、调速性能、多驱动功率平衡性和低速验带功能均满足设计要求。 Through extensive market research and program demonstration of high-power high-voltage frequency converter used in coal mine,the main loop structure of high-voltage frequency converter suitable for the requirements of coal mine underground power supply system is designed,combined with the rich experience accumulated in the shell design of flameproof and self-safety electrical equipment used in mining and the soft start/brake and speed regulation performance requirements of large down-channel belt conveyor on the drive device.Completed the development of the internal core control unit,the layout design of electrical components,the design and manufacture of flameproof shell and the design and manufacture of heat dissipation system and finally developed the flameproof high-voltage frequency conversion device with power supply voltage of 10 kV and rated capacity of 2000 kVA and carried out industrial tests in Wangcun Coal Mine of Tongcoal Group.Heavy duty starting performance,speed regulation performance,multidrive power balance and low-speed band test function all meet the design requirements.
