摘要
为促进众创空间服务质量评价体系不断完善,从创客视角拓展评价维度,研究提出创客满意度的概念,并基于对众创空间建设规范、营运实际和已有研究成果的梳理分析,总结提炼空间整体环境、基础服务能力、资源链接能力、培训指导能力和管理服务水平5个维度的创客满意度影响因素,以此为基础应用层次分析法构建一个由5个评价维度23个评价指标组成的创客满意度评价指标体系,确定指标权重,并进行案例检验,结果表明该指标体系具有较好的适用性和科学性,可为开展创客满意度评价提供科学依据。
In order to constantly improve the service quality evaluation system for Maker Space,this study expands the evaluation system and proposes the concept of Maker Satisfaction Degree from the perspective of Makers.After the analysis of construction norms,actual operation and relevant research on Maker Space,the study summarizes factors that influence Maker Satisfaction Degree.The factors include the overall environment,basic service capability,resource linking capability,training and guidance ability,management and service level.Based on these factors,the study applies Analytic Hierarchy Process to build an evaluation index system which contains 5 main respects and 23 specific indexes with exact index weights,and carries out the case tests.Findings show that the index system is of great feasibility and scientificty,which provides a scientific basis for the evaluation of Maker Satisfaction Degree.
