Study on the Innovative Approach to the Integration of Production and Education when Cultivating Translation Talents Based on Outcome-Based Education Theory

成果导向教育理念是高等教育进行产教融合人才培养的重要探索途径。文章通过将成果导向理念融入高校人才培养的产教融合进程,探索翻译人才培养的更优路径。指出可以以成果为导向,进行高校与政府和企业之间的有效对接,制订合理的翻译人才培养目标;实现高校与政府和企业之间的有效对接,制订合理的高水平翻译人才培养方案;进行产教融合的“五化”实践。

The idea of Outcome-Based Education is an important way to cultivate talents with the integration of production and education in higher education.This paper explores a better way of cultivating translation talents by integrating the Outcome-Based Education concept into the process of integration of production and education in colleges and universities.It is pointed out that the effective connection between universities,governments and enterprises can be achieved by taking the outcomes as the guidance,and the objective of training translation talents can be set up reasonably.Furthermore,a reasonable training plan for high-level translators and the“Five-transformation”practice will be carried out.
