基于TL494的正弦逆变电路设计

On Sine Inverter Circuit Design Based on TL494

设计完成利用TL494CN实现12V/220V转换正弦波逆变电源电路。输入12V直流电源电压,经过逆变I得到220V/30KHz的交流电,再经过整流滤波电路得到约220VDC,最后经逆变Ⅱ得220V/50Hz AC,输出功率为200W左右。电路具有工作正常指示灯、输出、输入过压保护以及过热保护等功能。该电源电路的制造成本较为低廉,实用性强,可作为多种便携式电器通用的电源。

The circuit of 12V/220V conversion through sine wave inverter with TL494CN is designed.Input 12V DC supply voltage,get 220V/30KHz AC through the INVERTER I,then get about 220VDC through the rectification filter circuit,and finally get 220V/50Hz AC through the INVERTER II,with an output power of about 200W.The circuit has the functions of an indicator working normally,output,input over-voltage protection and over-heat protection.The utility model has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and strong practicability,and can be used as a general power supply for various portable electric appliances.
