摘要
传统的飞行区不停航施工完全依赖人工进行安全管理,存在管理人员投入大、工作强度高、管理效率低等问题。本文研究应用高精度定位、GIS及物联网等信息化技术,开发一种机场飞行区不停航施工安全管理系统。该系统具备人员、机械越界、机械超高自动预警、根据航空器运行时刻自动向相关人员下发施工管控指令等功能。与传统管理方式相比,可减少和降低安全管理的人员投入和工作强度,有效提高了不停航施工的安全管理效率。
The traditional non-suspending construction of airport flight area completely depends on manual safety management,which has the problems of large personnel investment in safety management,high work intensity and low management efficiency.This paper studies the application of information technology such as high-precision positioning,GIS and Internet of Things to develop a non-suspending construction safety management system of airport flight areas with the functions of automatic personnel and machinery crossing warning,mechanical superelevation warning and automatically issuing construction control instructions to relevant personnel according to the aircraft operation time.Compared with the traditional management mode,the safety management system can reduce the personnel investment and work intensity of safety management and effectively improve the safety management efficiency of non-suspending construction in the airport flight area.
