摘要 随着高炉自动化控制技术的进步和快速发展,企业对大型高炉科学化、数字化操作管理体系的建立需求越来越强烈。酒钢高炉改造工程中引进高炉安全检测系统等新技术,将设备工艺和技术原理有机结合,实现高炉控制定量化、数字化和智能化,对于后续高炉新建改造有重要的借鉴意义。 With the progress and rapid development of automation control technology for blast furnaces,there is an increasing demand for the establishment of a scientific and digital operation management system for large blast furnaces.The introduction of new technologies such as the blast furnace safety detection system in the blast furnace renovation project of JISCO organically combines equipment processes and technical principles to achieve quantitative,digital,and intelligent blast furnace control,which has important reference significance for the subsequent construction and renovation of blast furnaces.
