电炉冶炼过程中加入铝灰提高脱硫效率试验研究

摘要 近年来不锈钢分公司电炉使用的原料不断恶化,导致电炉入炉硫含量急剧升高,电炉不进行刻意脱硫操作的情况下,转炉入炉硫含量>0.2%炉次超过70%,AOD转炉冶炼负荷加大,冶炼后期补加大量石灰、萤石进行专门的脱硫处理,对钢水纯净度和产品质量影响极大。针对此问题,不锈钢分公司电炉计划使用东兴铝业产生的副产品铝灰配合石灰粉,进一步提高电炉脱硫效率。结果表明,在不锈钢电炉钢包内使用一次铝灰辅助脱硫试验,脱硫率较正常炉次高23.2%,使用二次铝灰脱硫率较正常炉次高12.6%,脱硫效果明显。 In recent years,the raw materials used in the electric furnaces in stainless steel branch have been continuously deteriorating,leading to a sharp increase in the sulfur content of the electric furnace.Without desulfurization operations,the number of heats with the sulfur content to the converter>0.2%exceeds 70%.The smelting load of the AOD converter has increased,and a large amount of lime and fluorite have been added for specialized desulfurization treatment in the later stage of smelting,which greatly affects the purity of steel and product quality.In response to this problem,stainless steel branch plans to use aluminum ash of the by-product of Dongxing Aluminum Industry company,and combined with lime powder to further improve the desulfurization efficiency of the electric furnace.The results showed that using aluminum ash to an auxiliary desulfurization test in a stainless steel electric furnace ladle resulted in a desulfurization rate of 23.2%higher than that of a normal furnace,and a desulfurization rate of 12.6%higher than that of a normal furnace using secondary aluminum ash.The desulfurization effect was significant.
