酒钢解冻库集中控制自动化技术改造研究

Research on the Transformation of Centralized Control Automation Technology for JISCO Thawing Warehouse

本文通过分析解冻库作业现状和存在的问题,研究解冻库设备改造的目标及必要性,制订技术改造方案的和实施计划,实施结果表明:解冻库集中控制自动化技术解决了现场存在的问题,提高了解冻库设备装备水平,提高了工作效率,实现了减员增效的目标,为技术进一步推广奠定了基础。

The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of thawing warehouse operations,studies the goals and necessity of equipment renovation in thawing warehouses,formulates technical renovation plans and implementation plans,the implementation results show that centralized control automation technology in thawing warehouses solves the on-site problems,improves the level of equipment in thawing warehouses and work efficiency,and achieves the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency,laying a foundation for further promotion of technology.
