汽车衡计量是目前钢铁企业进出厂物资的主要计量方式,其计量的智能化和准确性直接影响着企业的经济利益。本文基于工业互联网、信号传输等技术对汽车衡智能计量系统在钢铁企业的应用进行分析研究,分析总结了本企业汽车衡智能计量系统数采平台及汽车衡智能计量系统的现场使用情况,可实现无人化计量,提高计量效率,节约人工成本。

The automobile scale measurement is currently the main method of measuring the incoming and outgoing materials of steel enterprises,and its intelligence and accuracy directly affect the economic interests of enterprises.The paper analyzes and studies the application of intelligent measurement systems for automobile scales in steel enterprises based on industrial internet,signal transmission and other technologies.It summarizes the data acquisition platform and on-site usage of the intelligent measurement system for automobile scales in our enterprise,which can achieve unmanned measurement,improve measurement efficiency and save labor costs.
