AZ31镁合金薄壁管热油恒温胀形数值模拟研究

摘要 利用Dynaform有限元模拟和成形实验相结合的方式,研究AZ31镁合金薄壁管在热油恒温条件下的胀形性能,并探索一种适合镁合金薄壁管热油胀形的工艺。结果表明,在管材厚度2 mm和推头力4 kN条件下,成形温度200℃能获得破裂倾向小,成形状态良好,胀形区直径为29.1 mm的成形件。模拟的成形规律与实验结果吻合度较高。 In this paper,Dynaform finite element simulation and forming experiment are used to study the expansion performance of AZ31 magnesium alloy thin-walled tube under constant temperature condition of hot oil,and a suitable technology for hot oil expansion of magnesium alloy thin-walled tube is explored.The results show that under the condition of pipe thickness of 2 mm and pushing head force of 4 kN,the forming temperature of 200℃can obtain the formed parts with small fracture tendency,good forming state and diameter of 29.1 mm.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
